Steps on How to Pay with Credit/Debit Card Instead of Paypal:
You do NOT need a Paypal account to do this!
STEP 1:
Complete the form and click "submit" at the bottom of the page.
STEP 2:
If you would like to pay with a credit/debit card, select this button.

You will be directed to this screen/ Select the 2nd button "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

Complete the required information and click the "continue" button. Your payment should be complete.
